I was overwhelmed when I was nominated for the Sunshine Blogger Award by Jaidip Patra who I have been following from quite some time now and I love reading his amazing blogs. This nomination is even more special for me because I started my blogs exactly a month back and am quite new to WordPress. I feel so motivated and enthralled to write even more and better quality content which could solve my purpose of helping people.

Let me explain a little about this if you have absolutely no idea. The sunshine blogger award is given to those who are creative, positive and inspiring while spreading sunshine to the blogging community.

Here are the rules!

Write a post thanking the person who nominated you and provide a link back to their blogging sites. Answer the questions asked to you by the person who nominated you.

  • Nominate 11 new bloggers and ask them 11 new questions.
  • Notify them about the same by comments on their blog.
  • List the rules and display the sunshine blogger award logo on your site or in your post.

My Questions –

  1. What is the idea behind your blog?

Komal Bhan || throughmymind, for me, is a platform to showcase my observations and put it in a better manner to help my readers. I am a strong believer of the fact that every individual has a moral responsibility towards the society and can use their skills in this direction. Since writing has always been my passion, so I thought of using it to spread awareness and help people as much as possible. Moreover, since I travel quite a lot and wanted to capture those moments for life, so throughmymind shares my travel experiences in addition to my daily experiences.

  1. What motivates you to write?

My dreams and my love for writing!

  1. What is your hobby?

Traveling – I love to travel, have quite a lot of countries in my bucket list.

Writing – I have been an avid daily writer since childhood and since throughmymind happened to me, it has become even more interesting.

  1. Who is the person you admire the most?

My father. I can never repay for the way he has brought me up. He is the one who keeps motivating me, the one who has always taught me to be optimistic no matter what, to have gratitude for everything that we are blessed with and be helpful to others. Although I admire a lot of people in my life, I admire my father the most for I have never heard a single negative thing from him.

  1. What makes you most delighted?

Planning a trip is what gives me immense happiness. And/or relaxing on my favourite couch with my favourite hot chocolate and writing my heart out.

  1. Do you think yourself special? If yes then why?

Yes, and I believe everyone is and should feel special because each one of us is blessed with a talent, with which we can do miracles. Just wait for the right moment to figure it out. I started writing from a very young age however unfortunately, I did not realize what it means to me. But as they say, it’s never too late. I am pretty confident of my capabilities now and have already started the run to chase my dreams.

  1. What are you most passionate about?

I am most passionate about living my life with positivity and happiness.

  1. If you are given all the necessary things to live your life then how would you spend the rest of your life?

If not required to earn for a living, I would probably think of quitting my job, will chart out the itinerary for a world trip and devote my 100% time to blogging.

  1. What is the most important thing to shine in life according to you?

Confidence, optimistic approach and consistency are my key words in order to shine in life.

  1. How to be eternally happy always?

Ideally by cutting down on expectations and having an optimistic approach always. Not 100% possible for a human though!

  1. What is the most special quality that you try to find in others?

Positivity and the zeal to travel. I tend to connect more with people possessing these traits.

Thank you Jaidip for these amazing questions. While I was drafting my answers, I brainstormed a lot about who I am as a person. Thank you for that! Also, I am open to all sort of feedbacks so please find some time to go through some of my blogs and provide your inputs.

All my readers and the nominees, looking forward to all of your valuable feedbacks. It means a lot to me.
